• Cuvee 1806 Colour: Red Grape-Varieties: Majority of GRENACHE then SYRAH Yield: 34 hl/hectares, one of the lowest in France. The Vineyard: We have many parcels which are forty years old. Exposure and soil: The vineyard is essentially situated on the north-south hillsides of Gigondas. We often have a lot of mistral wind. The soil is sandy at the top of the hill and clayish-limestone at the bottom. Vinification: The vinification is traditional, the grapes are harvested by hand and carefully sorted. The grapes are destemmed but slightly crushed. The maceration lasts 20 to 25 days to obtain maximum concentration and aromas. Our Gigondas is not fined or filtered. Aging: The ageing of this wine is done in oak barrels and tank, for 12 to 18 months, allowing the wine to air, to acquire roundness and soften its tannins. This wine is Estate-bottled with our own bottling system. It’s a full bodied and powerful wine, well balanced with a very long finish. It’s a rich and elegant wine » Serving Suggestions: This wine is perfect with leg of lamb, beef with wine sauce, roasted pigeon, mushroom omelette, truffle omelette, game and cheese. This wine is perfect with many dishes. Serve it at the temperature of 18°. It’s a keeping wine (10 years) it’s best between 2 and 6 years.  
  • Rose Organic 12°

    Colour: Rose Grape-Varieties:  80% Grenache 20% Cinsault Yield: 70 hl/hectares Soil:  Sandy and Clay Vinification: The vinification is traditional. The grapes are carrefully sorted and destemmed. Direct pressing, fermentation at low temperature. Tasting notes: « Pretty light pink dress, bright and limpid. Nose of crushed strawberries, mixed with citrus notes. Round, smooth mouth, with notes of white fruit and apricots.» Serving Suggestions: This wine is perfect as an aperitif, with summer salads, exotic dishes, tapas, grilled white meats or red meats, fish, grilled vegetables. Serve it at the temperature of 5° to 8°.
  • Rosé IGP Vaucluse Organic 2023

    Colour:  Rose Grape-varieties: Grenache 80% Cinsault 20% The Soil: the soil is sandy and clay. Degre of Alcohol: 12 % Yield: 70 Hl / Ha Vinification: The vinification is traditional. The grapes are carrefully sorted and destemmed. Direct pressing, fermentation at low temperature. Tasting notes: Pretty light pink dress, bright and limpid. Nose of crushed strawberries, mixed with citrus notes. Round, smooth mouth, with notes of white fruit and apricots. Ideal to taste with: an aperitif, with summer salads, exotic dishes, tapas, grilled white meats, fish, grilled vegetables.    
  • Grenache & Syrah

    Grapes varieties: Grenache 60% & Syrah 40% In this cuvee, we use one of the two oldest parcels of Syrah planted in Gigondas by my grand father in the 1966. Terroir : Limestone and red soil. Yield: The yield at Gigondas is 35 Hl per hectare, one of the lowest in France. Vinification: Our wines are cultivated and vinified in the traditional way and the grapes are harvested by hand, carefully sorted but destemmed.The maceration with the skins lasts 30 to 35 days in order to extract maximum concentration and aromas. Our Gigondas in not fined or filtered. Aging: This  cuvee is a selection of grapes from old vines. Only several parcels of Grenache are used in the making of this noble wine. The ageing is done in tanks essentially, in order to enhance the unique and profound character of the soil and grape varieties used, making this a wine of exception. « We would like people to rediscover the importance of the unique relationship between the soil and a particular grape variety, resulting in a specific style making our wines exceptional and like no others. » Serving suggestions: Perfect with lamb, game, poultry, red meat, roasted pigeon, duck, truffle omelette and cheese.Serve at the temperature of 17°-18°.It’s an excellent keeping wine (10 to 15 years). This wine will be at its best between 3 and 8 years.  
  • Cuvee the two parcels

    This cuvée was produced on the occasion of the 50th anniversary of the Gigondas appellation. Cuvee limited to 1,000 numbered bottles / Jeb Dunnuck 94-96 Colour: Red Grape-Varieties: Around 95% Grenache & Syrah in addition Yield: 28 hl/hectares, one of the lowest in France. The Vineyard: This cuvée is a selection of old vines, a parcels of Syrah presents in this blend was planted by my grandfather in 1966, it’s one of the two oldest plots of Syrah planted in Gigondas. Only two parcels of our oldest Grenache have been selected for the production of this cuvée, a parcel from 1919 and a parcel from 1929. Our parcels benefit from an important biodiversity, they are surrounded by many trees, white and green oaks, broom, aromatic plants and benefit from low exposure to the sun. The morning freshness of these plots allows the Grenache to blossom slowly and preserve an exceptional aromatic power. The estate obtain HVE 3 certification this year. We limit and minimize the use of phytosanitary products, but we do not prohibit ourselves from using them when circumstances require it. No weeding for the plots of this cuvée. Exposure and soil: Sands & marls from the “Cone de la Font des Papes”, give finesse to this cuvée Vinification: The vinification is traditional, the grapes are harvested by hand and carefully sorted. Our Gigondas is not fined or filtered. Aging: The aging is done exclusively in vats because we want to rediscover the importance of the relationship between the terroir and the grape varieties. This wine is Estate-bottled with our own bottling system. « Brilliant stuff, it’s up with the top wines of the vintage, offering a magical perfume of Provençal garrigue, raspberries, strawberries, pepper, and flowers. Medium to full-bodied on the palate, it’s perfectly balanced, loaded with charm, and just a gorgeous 2020 in the making » Serving Suggestions: Ideal to taste with prime rib of beef with parsley, roasted capon, lamb with Provencal herbs, duck breast, roast pigeon, omelet with porcini mushrooms or truffles as well as cheeses. Serve it at the temperature of 17°-18°. It’s a keeping wine (about 10 years) it’s best between 3 and 8 years.  
  • VACQUEYRAS

    Colour: Red Grape-Varieties: GRENACHE and SYRAH Yield: 36 hl/hectares Exposure and soil: The vineyard is essentially situated on the plateau of Vacqueyras. The soil is composed of pebbles and clayish-limestone. Vinification: The vinification is traditional, the grapes are harvested by hand and carefully sorted. The grapes are destemmed but slightly crushed. The maceration lasts 10 to 12 days to obtain maximum colour, concentration and aromatic compounds. Aging: This is a generous wine with ever-present tannins, presenting lovely fruity notes. To be enjoyed when young. The Vacqueyras is Estate-bottled with our own bottling system. « It has a deep purple colour with intense aromas of red fruits. The tannins are supple and elegant and this wine is well balanced and pleasant. » Serving Suggestions: This wine is perfect with leg of lamb, beef with wine sauce, duck filet, beef, risotto, grilled meat, summer dishes and cheese. This wine goes well with many dishes. Serve it at the temperature of 18°. This wine can be kept (6 years), but you can drink it now. Best between 2 and 4 years.  
  • VACQUEYRAS Organic

    Colour: White Grape-Varieties: 70% Clairette 20% Roussanne 5% Grenache blanc 5% Viognier Yield: 35 hl/hectares Exposure and soil: The vineyard is essentially situated on the plateau of Vacqueyras. The soil is composed of limestone and clay. Vinification: The vinification is traditional. The grapes are harvested by hand, carefully sorted and the grapes are destemmed. Tasting notes: « Nice golden color, brillant, limpid and complex, mineral notes, freshness, white fruit notes, peach, pear. Mouth is fleshy, fresh and balanced. A long final, fine and elegant.» Serving Suggestions: This wine is perfect as an aperitif, with St Jacques of safran butter, sushis, fish tartare, creamed chicken, goat cheese. Serve it at the temperature of 8°.
  • Merlot Caladoc

    Colour: Red Grape-varieties: Merlot 80% & Caladoc 20% The Vineyard & Soil: the vineyard is situated about 3 kilometers from Gigondas and the soil is clayish-limestone. Vinification: the vinification is traditional, the grapes are carefully sorted and destemmed. The maceration lasts 12 days to obtain maximum aromatic compounds. Ageing: the wines are kept in vats for 12 months before being bottled. The country wine is Estate-bottled with our own bottling system. Serving suggestions: this wine is perfect with grilled meat, pizza, sushis, exotic dishes, risotto, pasta, summer dishes, salad and cheese. You can serve it chilled. It's a lively and fruity wine for drinking every day or with friends. This wine can be kept 2 years and it is excellent value for money.
